Levels available: Elementary to Advanced (no classes for beginners) - Standard course - 16 hours per week
- Intensive course - 22 hours per week
Class size: Average 7-8 students per class (maximum 12)
Minimum age: 18
Students can start any Monday (minimum study period is 2 weeks)
Designed for adult students (18+), this course focuses on the 4 main skill areas, i.e. reading, writing, listening, & speaking in addition to grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary work and learner training.
This is a combination programme of 16 hours per week of General English in the mornings and 6 hours per week of IELTS exam preparation during 3 afternoons

Students can start any Monday (minimum study period is 4 weeks).
This course is designed to enable students to prepare for the IELTS exam which most British Universities use as an entry requirement for foreign students to join their courses.
We can arrange for students to take the IELTS exam in Cardiff or other local centre in the UK.
Cambridge Exam Courses (FCE & CAE)
This is a combination programme of 16 hours per week of General English in the mornings and 6 hours per week of FCE/CAE exam preparation during 3 afternoons.
Levels available: Intermediate to Advanced*
Class size: Average 7-8 students per class (maximum 12)
Minimum age: 18

This course is designed to enable students to prepare for the FCE/CAE exams which are recognised by universities and employers throughout the world.
We can arrange for students to take their exam in Cardiff or other local centre in the UK.
Executive English Course
This is a combination programme of 16 hours per week of General English in small classes and a choice of between 6 and 10 hours of Business English per week on a one-to-one basis.
Levels available: Pre-intermediate to Advanced
Class size: Average 7-8 students per class (maximum 12)
Minimum age: 18
Flexible programme - students can choose which areas they would like to focus on during the afternoon programme, e.g. giving presentations, meetings, negotiation, telephoning, social English, etc.
Students can start any Monday (min. study period is 2 weeks).
This course is for students requiring a personalised programme of study

Minimum age: 16

Holiday Language Course (Teenagers & Adults)
- 15 hours' tuition per week in multi-cultural classes
- Social programme in the afternoons and some evenings
- 1 full-day excursion every Saturday
- 1 half-day excursion per week
- Sport, bowling, ice-skating, cinema visits, discos, etc.

Designed for both teenagers (minimum age 13) and adults who have already started to learn English and want to improve their command of the language, while also enjoying an exciting programme of visits and activities.

AFTERNOON COURSES
The afternoon courses are aimed at students who are looking to learn English on a part-time basis. Classes will normally take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 1.45pm to 4.00pm.
There are 4 options available:
- IELTS Exam Preparation
- Cambridge First Certificate (FCE)
- Cambridge Advanced (CAE)
- General English Skills Development
Please note:
- The above course options are subject to availability.
- The minimum enrolment period is 4 weeks.
- Students enrolling on these courses must be available to take our entry test on the Monday morning preceding the start of their course.
- Students enrolling on the examination courses must have the correct level of English to join the classes.
- If a student’s level is too low to join an examination preparation course, we will offer the option to transfer to the General English Skills Development course instead (subject to availability).

- Courses will run subject to a minimum number of students enrolled.
