Greg
Owner/Principal
Greg taught English in Spain, France, and La Réunion (Indian Ocean) before returning to Wales in 1987 to teach English at Cardiff University. He founded ‘CELT’ in 1989. He plays the piano and is interested in all types of music.
Grace
Owner/Academic Director
Originally from San Francisco (USA), Grace started her teaching career in the Veneto region of Italy and then moved to Cardiff in 1991. She loves all types of music and also worked as a Radio DJ.
Neil
Director of Academic Development & Teacher Trainer
Neil is a diploma qualified teacher and teacher trainer with over 30 years of experience in ELT. He once taught the finance director of the world famous pop group, ABBA.
Chris
Accommodation & Welfare Officer
A Cardiff local, Chris brings heaps of energy to CELT as our Accommodation & Welfare Officer. She loves helping others and enjoys cooking in her free time. Learn more about CELT homestays.
Chen
Admin Officer
Chen grew up in the USA and now lives in Wales. A passionate lover of knitting and reading, she enjoys a variety of music. Her favourite band is Pink Floyd.
Lucy
Teacher & Admin Officer
Lucy taught English in South Korea before moving back to the UK. She can speak Korean! In her free time she loves taking photos (especially pictures of her cat).
Celine
International Marketing Officer
A speaker of several languages and holder of even more passports, Celine represents CELT at marketing events around the world. She is an avid fan of Haribo sweets!
James
Teacher & Digital Marketing Manager
A published travel and culture writer, James has taught a wide variety of classes. He can also pronounce the longest place name in Wales:
