2. It’s known as the City of Arcades
Cardiff’s arcades house over 100 independent shops, cafes and bars in the heart of the city centre.
3. It has more green space per person than any other city in the UK
According to Wales Online, 87% of residents are happy with Cardiff’s public parks, thanks to it’s beautiful parks and nature reserves.
4. Only 10% of the population speak Welsh
Although, since 1993, it has been a legal requirement for all road signs to be in both English and Welsh under the Welsh Language Act.
5. It’s Britain’s best city for cyclists
