Photography Season Exhibition

Christmas Carol Concert
Celebrate Christmas with a traditional carol concert performed by the Museum choir. Why not buy a glass of mulled wine and a minced pie to give that warm festive glow as you listen? Carols in this event will be bilingual – Welsh and English. More information here.

Animating Christmas
Join Chapter’s Education Manager in the Cinema Foyer and learn how to use an animation app to create your own unique animated Christmas Card, which you can email to you friends and family. More information and tickets here.

Winter Lights at Dyffryn Gardens
Experience a magical after dark walk and see the gardens lit up like never before. The house and gardens will be awash with light and colour for this magical trail. Visit the house and see the Christmas decorations sparkling and visit the Gallery cafe with a warming festive drink with family and friends. More information here.

Mini Bavarian Christmas Festival
No one does Christmas like the Germans, so there is a place that brings some of that beautiful Christmas Spirit to Canton with an ALL DAY Bavarian style celebration on the Saturday before the big day! Includes a mini Christmas market and a Bavarian Christmas party! More information here.

LEGO® Santa Express Train
You can take a magical ride on the Santa Express at Mermaid Quay in Cardiff Bay this Christmas. The brightly coloured, highly festive Santa’s Express steam train has an elf driver plus two carriages stuffed full with 24 presents and a Christmas tree – complete with 20 baubles – all made with a total of nearly 300,000 LEGO® bricks. Christmas in Cardiff Castle’s Underground Cinema
